How a voyage works
01
Pick your flag
Your country sets the crude grade you ship and the sea routes you sail. Six exporters, six grades, and you can switch flags later.
02
Load a tanker
Every open route has a tanker in port. Buy a share of its cargo in wBarrels: the first share starts the loading, and everyone on board shares one voyage.
03
Watch it sail
Follow your tanker along a real sea lane on a live world map. Depending on the route, a voyage lasts from a few days to several weeks.
04
Get paid on real prices
After unloading you get your share back, plus a base rate for every day at sea, plus or minus the real price move of the destination benchmark. A payout floor limits the loss.
Six flags, six grades
Each country ships its own crude grade on its own sea routes. Five flags are open from the start, and Canada opens as the world grows. You can change your flag at any time in Profile; shares you already bought keep sailing.

The payout, in one line
Every share on a voyage settles the same way. The daily rate grows with the route length, so longer routes pay more per day. The rate, the multiplier and the floor are fixed when the voyage's first share is bought, so later changes never touch it. The tanker shows its rate before you buy, and the guide explains every term.
payout = share
+ share × route_rate × days_at_sea
+ share × (fix_arrival / fix_departure − 1) × multiplier
payout ≥ floor = share × min_payout_ratio- Real fixes only. Both fixes are the daily closing price of the destination port's benchmark, on the day the tanker departs and on the day it arrives. On weekends, Friday's fix applies. The live pulse on the map never affects a payout.
- Shared world. Two progress tracks open the game up for everyone at once. Population grows as captains join and opens more tankers, a sixth flag and long-haul routes. Volume grows with the cargo loaded and, once Population opens it, lets every tanker carry more.
- Two in-game currencies. Voyages run on wBarrels: you top them up with crypto, and payouts and the daily streak are paid in them. Tasks pay wDOGE, which you can exchange into DOGE. Withdrawals, where offered, follow the limits and fees shown in the app.
- Invite friends. You get a share of every top-up made by the friends you invite, and by their friends, for as long as they play, plus a bonus on the wDOGE your direct friends receive for tasks. Their own balances are never reduced.
Questions
How do I start?
Open Oil Voyage in Telegram with the button on this page, finish the short welcome registration and pick a flag. New captains get a welcome bonus to begin with. The Quick start in the guide walks you through your first share.
Is this real trading?
No. Oil Voyage is a game. No oil is bought, sold or shipped, and wBarrel and wDOGE are in-game currencies, not legal tender or securities. Top-ups, exchanges and withdrawals are offered at the operators' discretion, with the limits, fees and waiting periods shown in the app (see the Terms).
Where do the prices come from?
From public oil benchmarks. A voyage settles on the daily closing price of its destination port's benchmark, for example Brent for ports in Europe or Dubai for ports in Asia, taken on the day it departs and the day it arrives. The live line on the map is illustrative only and never affects payouts.
Can I lose wBarrels?
Yes, part of them. If the price falls, a payout can be smaller than your share, but never smaller than the payout floor, a set part of the share. The base rate for every day at sea offsets small moves. Cancelling a share while the tanker is loading costs a fee. The guide shows the numbers in force.
What opens new tankers and flags?
The world level, which all captains share. Population grows as new captains join and opens more tankers, the Canadian flag and long-haul routes. Volume grows with all the cargo loaded and, once open, raises how much a tanker can carry. The Rewards screen and the guide show every level.
How do top-ups and withdrawals work?
You top up wBarrels with crypto on the Deposit screen in Profile. Withdrawals, where offered, need two-factor protection and are reviewed by an operator before they are paid. Networks, minimums and fees are in the Money section of the guide.
