These terms are an agreement between you and the operators of Oil Voyage. By completing the registration in the Mini App you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that age is higher. By using Oil Voyage you state that you meet this requirement.
2. Your jurisdiction, your responsibility
You may use Oil Voyage only if doing so is legal where you live and where you access it. You alone are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including rules on games, digital assets and taxes. If the game, or any part of it, is restricted or prohibited in your country, you must stop using it. The operators accept no responsibility for use from a place where it is not allowed. You must not use the service if you are a sanctioned person or on a restricted-party list.
3. What Oil Voyage is
Oil Voyage is an entertainment game delivered as a Telegram Mini App. It simulates shipping crude oil on sea routes and uses publicly available oil price benchmarks to calculate the results of a voyage. It is not a bank, a broker, an exchange or an investment product, and no real oil is bought, sold or shipped.
4. Funds and risk
You can put your own funds into the game. There is no guaranteed income. The result of a voyage depends on real market prices, which can move against you, and on game rules that may change. You can lose part or all of what you put in, and you take that risk yourself. The operators are not liable for financial losses arising from your use of the game.
5. No advice
Nothing in the game, in the bot, in the community or on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Any figures shown in the interface, including expected payouts and yields, are estimates under the current rules and not promises. You make every decision independently.
6. In-game currencies
wBarrel and wDOGE are in-game units of account. They are not legal tender or securities. Features that let you top up, exchange or withdraw are offered at the operators' discretion, may have limits, fees, reviews and waiting periods, and may be changed, paused or withdrawn. Transfers sent to a wrong address or over a wrong network cannot be reversed.
7. Fair play
One person, one account. Multiple accounts, automation, fake or purchased referrals, abuse of rewards and exploitation of bugs may lead to suspension, cancellation of rewards and forfeiture of in-game balances. Rewards for invited players count only for real people who complete the registration.
8. Communications
If you allow it, the bot may send you messages about your voyages and account, and occasional announcements. You can block the bot at any time.
9. Availability and changes
Game rules, economy parameters, rewards and content may change at any time. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service. These terms may change; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
